Drunk Waiter is made by Red Mallet Studio (Vasyl Iliuchenko, Ukraine). You can reach us at red.mallet.studio@gmail.com. These terms cover the Drunk Waiter game and its online leaderboard. By playing, you agree to them.
Playing the game
Drunk Waiter is free. You may play it for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Downloads from the App Store
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support. For help, contact us.
Leaderboard rules
To keep the leaderboard fun for everyone, please don't:
- use offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or impersonating nicknames;
- put anyone else's personal information in a nickname;
- cheat, modify the game, or send automated or fake submissions;
- attack or try to break into our server.
We may remove any nickname or score, and limit submissions, at our discretion and without notice. To report a nickname, use “Report a name” in the game or email red.mallet.studio@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what leaderboard data we keep.
It's a comedy, not advice
The game's story is fictional comedy. It does not encourage drinking alcohol. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.
Who owns what
All game content (art, code, music, sounds, names and logos) belongs to Red Mallet Studio or its licensors. Some assets are used under third-party licenses. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of the game.
No warranties
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited.
Changes
We may update the game or these terms. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms. We may also stop the leaderboard or the game at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
